Benefiting the Caring for Children Foundation of Texas, Inc.

With one in three children in Texas not properly immunized, the Care Van Program provides immunizations to uninsured and medically underserved children through its current fleet of seven custom vans.

This program is coordinated through the Caring for Children Foundation of Texas, Inc., and with thanks to lead sponsor Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas.

Working with local community immunization coalitions, health provider volunteers travel to schools and community shopping centers in specially equipped vans to provide immunizations for targeted, medically underserved children. Check the calendar to see when the Carevan will be near you!

Texans Served
