JOIN US for a ride through the beautiful
backroads of Harris and Waller Counties
a must for all MS 150 riders.


START LOCATION

The starting location for the Tour de Cypress Bike Ride has changed.

The ride will be starting from Morton Ranch High School located at 21000 Franz Road.
1733 Katy-Ft. Bend County Rd. (North of I-10)
Driving Directions from Houston:
Take I-10 towards Katy and exit Mason Road. Turn right on Mason (North) 1 mile to Franz Rd.
Turn right on Franz. School is 1/2 mile up on the left.

Register at start area from 6 a.m. – 7:30 a.m.

Staggered Starts:

Starting with the long route, we will begin at 7:10 AM and the remaining routes will headout about 10 minutes after the previous.

There will be no starts permitted after 8 am.
All routes will close at 3 pm.

REST STOPS
You will find a full-service
rest stop every 12 – 15 miles.

RULES OF THE ROAD

When you ride a bike on a street or road, you are a driver; therefore, you have the same road rights and responsibilities as the driver of an automobile.
Be sure to follow these rules as you ride:
• All riders must wear a certified helmet at all times on the route. Riders not wearing a helmet will be asked to leave the ride for their own safety.
• Obey all traffic signs and signals.
• Never wear headphones.
• Ride on the right side of the lane, a couple of feet from the edge.
• Ride in the same direction as traffic.
• Ride in single file to allow traffic to pass.
• Pass on the left only and announce that you are passing.
• Give hand signals when stopping or turning.
