| Each cyclist is required to donate a minimum of $150
to the Positive Spin for ALS Bike Tour presented by
the Holloway Family Foundation. When you
register online, your family and friends can help you
reach this goal by making a tax deductible contribution
in your name. We will keep a record of your donations for
you and at any time you can call the ALS office and
inquire as to your account balance. Not
sure if you can raise $150 or more? Let us
help you with your fundraising activities. One of
the most effective tools to raise money is a letter
writing campaign. Write a letter from the heart,
explaining why you are involved in the event and send it
to everyone in your Rolodex. Include a self
addressed stamped envelope, sit back and watch those
donations pour in! Be sure and email it to all your
contacts in your address book too! And don’t
forget to include this web address so that your
supporters can donate to you online. Sample
letters are available from the Chapter office. If
you need additional help, we are only a phone call away! Where
does the money go? We
take the efforts of our event participants very seriously
and strive to be good stewards of your donations.
